Shandong East Star Precision Casting Co., Ltd was established in 1998 and is engaged in the production of precision casting as well as the secondary operations of precision castings such as machining operations, polishing operations and tool design and manufacture, now it has 180 employees and its annual production capacity is 800 tons of precision castings which are widely used in various fields such as automobile, construction, marine industry, medical equipment, food processing equipment as well as piping field.
Our company adopts investment casting (lost wax) process to produce precision castings in various metal materials such as carbon steels, high and low alloy steels as well as some bronze and brass materials.
The surface finish for the castings we can provide with are as the following: Backing, zinc plating, chrome plating and nickel plating for the carbon steel and the low alloy steel castings; Tumbling, hand dull polishing mirror polishing, electrolytic polishing and passivation treatment for the stainless steel castings, and sandblasting, including glass bead blasting, corundum-sandblasting and quartz-sandblasting for all the steel castings.
Our casting products are widely sold on the domestic market and the international market, so far we have exported casting products to America, Germany, Italy, Australia and Japan.
And we have well-established quality control system that can provide the dimensional inspections, the chemical composition analysis, the mechanical property testing, non-destructive testing and metallographic inspections, besides, our company is also approved and certified by DNV class society with the ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System.
